Qualifications:
- Active Michigan SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- School-based experience with pediatric populations is strongly desired
- Strong communication, collaborative, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech therapy to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations and write clear reports
- Develop tailored treatment plans targeting speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain all required student documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
- Stay current on best practices relevant to pediatric and school-based SLP
