Preferred Qualifications:
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and CCC credentials
- Experience working in school settings, specifically with early childhood (EC) and elementary-aged students
- Passion for supporting learners with developmental delays and predominantly non-verbal needs
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to thrive in onsite, collaborative education teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students as specified in IEPs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with developmental delays and significant communication needs
- Conduct assessments and screenings in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Monitor and document student progress, preparing thorough and accurate reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Provide training and resources for educators and caregivers to reinforce communication strategies
