Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Virginia SLPA license required
- Previous experience with school-aged (K-12) populations preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect speech/language therapy services for K-12 students
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with school protocols
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other support staff
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
