Key Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Eligible for Virginia state licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • Pediatric, teletherapy, and school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Open to both ASHA-certified and Clinical Fellows (CFY)
  • Comfortable with a caseload of 35-45 across multiple schools

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy for students PreK-12
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Prepare IEPs and accurate progress documentation
  • Provide services onsite or via teletherapy (Voco option available)
