Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for practicing as an SLP
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience with pediatric populations, ideally in school-based settings
- Strong understanding of IEP process, compliance, and relevant documentation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptable and proactive in managing diverse caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' goals
- Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation for IEP meetings
- Monitor ongoing progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in staff trainings and professional development opportunities
