Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Previous experience in a pediatric and/or school-based environment preferred
- Strong foundation in individualized education program (IEP) development and implementation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and document progress in compliance with district and state requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings of students referred for speech and language concerns
- Develop treatment goals and provide evidence-based therapy to address articulation, language, social communication, voice, and fluency disorders
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Offer support and guidance to teachers and families to create accessible learning environments
