Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Sussex, Virginia

Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC credential (or Clinical Fellowship Year eligibility)
- Experience with school-age (PreK-12) populations
- Proficiency in delivering SLP services onsite and/or via teletherapy
- Strong background in pediatric speech-language disorders
- Ability to manage a caseload of 35-45 students efficiently
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and monitor student progress
- Support students at three schools within one campus and a private school location
