Qualifications & Experience:
- Current license and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
- Previous work with preschool or early childhood populations strongly preferred
- Familiarity with communication disorders, non-verbal methods, and developmental delays
- Able to develop individualized plans and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing onsite therapy services in a school-based setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of preschool students
- Address non-verbal, speech improvement, and developmental delay needs with evidence-based interventions
- Create, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Track student progress through data collection and regular reporting
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to maximize each child’s communication potential
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to child study discussions
