Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques for diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in group and individual settings
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff consultations
- Provide recommendations and training for teachers, support staff, and families
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
