Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license in New York State
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong assessment and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to students’ unique challenges
- Provide both individual and small-group speech-language therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Offer in-service training and resources to staff as needed
