Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior experience in school-based settings, especially at the elementary level
  • Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 40 sessions per week (30 minutes per session)
  • Strong skills in IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with teachers and parents
  • Effective communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language services to elementary students in both group and individual formats
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and track student progress
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to support student communication needs
  • Maintain accurate records and document services according to district and legal requirements
  • Provide consultative support to teachers regarding communication strategies in the classroom
