Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Orchard Park, NY

Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary-age students
- Provide 40 sessions per week, each lasting 30 minutes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student performance
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress reports
- Maintain a supportive and safe learning environment
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for New York State
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Experienced in school-based settings, particularly with elementary students
- Skilled in conducting assessments and implementing intervention strategies
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to effectively manage a diverse student caseload
This full-time contract role runs Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm, offering a consistent 32.5-hour workweek.
