Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Clifton Park, New York

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current NY Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in school-based pediatric practice
- Skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders
- Ability to work effectively with children ages 3-5
- Commitment to building positive relationships with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children with a variety of communication needs
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with all state and district regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational planning process
- Foster a supportive and engaging therapeutic environment for early childhood learners
