Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) in Ohio for SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-age children and diverse disabilities
- Knowledge of IEP development and special education requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct and consultative services aligned with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Provide resources and training to teachers and families as needed
- Participate in team meetings, student evaluations, and progress monitoring
