Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Cuyahoga Falls, OH

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active certificate of clinical competence (CCC) from ASHA or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Ohio state SLP licensure in good standing
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric SLP settings
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with fellow educators and families
- Previous work with compensatory services and preschool-aged children is highly valued
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to preschool students in group and one-on-one formats
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on IEP goals and student needs
- Conduct assessments and reassessments as required to monitor progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services provided
- Communicate effectively with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
