Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Sciences
- Valid Ohio SLP license and/or eligibility for state certification
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress/completed
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or healthcare environment
- Comprehensive understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintaining timely and accurate documentation
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to diverse student needs
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives that promote communication skills and academic success
- Offer support and guidance to students, educators, and family members regarding communication strategies
