- Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEP goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Deliver direct therapy sessions and document progress
- Collaborate with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs and evidence-based practices
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input to inform educational strategies
- Support students’ social and academic growth through targeted interventions
