Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Alliance, OH

Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status

- Solid knowledge of speech/language development and best therapy practices
- Effective communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Understanding of IEP processes and engagement with multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on students’ needs
- Document progress; maintain accurate records in accordance with school and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting and reporting
- Provide support and consultation to school staff as needed
