- Strong understanding of IEPs, assessments, and individualized intervention planning

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized speech-language therapy plans
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students from diverse backgrounds
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and caregivers to support student success
- Maintain meticulous records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students
- Offer support, resources, and training to school staff and families
