Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license for New York State
- NY Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Familiarity with IEPs, data-driven therapy, and evidence-based methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to students in a summer extended school year program
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment, collaboration, and student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports and participation in IEP meetings
- Support speech-language development through engaging, student-centered interventions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites
- Display flexibility to adapt to various caseloads and program requirements
