Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active California SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous experience working in a school and/or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students (K-5)
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide strategies, resources, and training as needed
