School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Springfield, Massachusetts

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage caseloads effectively
- Problem-solving approach and adaptability to dynamic environments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech, language, and communication services to students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments
- Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to best support student progress
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and school-based team activities
- Provide guidance and support to staff on best practices for inclusive communication
