Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLP license in Massachusetts, meeting all state-specific credential requirements
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is a must
- Proven experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
- Skilled communicator with strong collaboration abilities
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students’ speech and language abilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation in accordance with school, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
