Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment, therapy, and intervention for a diverse K-12 caseload with various speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure continuity of care and maximize student success
- Offer training and consultative support to staff regarding communication strategies and accommodations
- Document progress and maintain accurate records to align with state and district compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP licensure or certification in Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Strong background in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse elementary through high school populations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
