Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026–2027 school year. Multiple openings are available for clinicians seeking either full-time or part-time schedules. Opportunities are available across K–12 grade levels, and candidate preferences will be considered when determining placement.
Work Schedule:
* Monday – Friday
* Full-time or part-time opportunities available
* 2026–2027 School Year
* Onsite services only
Compensation & Benefits:
* $45-$55 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Position Details:
* K–12 student populations available
* Caseload size will vary based on assigned hours and placement
* Candidate grade-level preferences will be considered during placement
* Supportive and collaborative school-based environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
* Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
* Monitor student outcomes and adjust therapy plans as needed
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
* Active state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
* ASHA CCCs preferred
* Previous school-based experience preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
