Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based opportunity in Milpitas, California for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to support students' communication development while working within a collaborative and supportive educational environment.

Position Details:

* Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students
* Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
* Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
* Monitor student outcomes and adjust therapy plans as needed
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
* Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license (or ability to obtain)
* ASHA CCCs preferred
* Previous school-based experience preferred
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
