Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students across kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and goals
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of therapy progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as required
Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Experience working with pediatric populations in a school or healthcare setting is highly valued
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students and school staff
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload efficiently
