Key Qualifications:
- Active Virginia SLP license

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students across a full-time caseload
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders; develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support educational outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
