Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligibility for state SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working in K-12 school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to foster positive relationships with students and colleagues
- Adaptability, initiative, and a commitment to evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver tailored interventions both individually and in group settings
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Engage with families, providing updates and support for carryover strategies
- Contribute to a collaborative school environment, sharing expertise and resources
