Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will also be considered
- Familiarity with IEP processes and progress monitoring
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and families
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small group settings
- Document student progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Address a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in the school setting
- Support carryover of communication skills into the classroom and home environment
