Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow | West Columbia, South Carolina

Your responsibilities will center on assessing, diagnosing, and providing direct intervention for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges. Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and ensure optimal student outcomes throughout the academic year.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or genuine interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite and adapt in a collaborative school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and swallowing assessments for students
- Create and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state policies
- Partner with teachers and caregivers to maximize student participation and progress
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
- Support students’ academic and social development through targeted interventions
