Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state licensure(s) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the school
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing students’ unique needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with school standards and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and student progress reviews
- Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Advocate for students’ needs and celebrate communication milestones
