ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide exceptional services within a welcoming school district in Anderson, South Carolina. Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to maximize student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply where applicable).
• South Carolina Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain if required).
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
