What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Valid state licensure for SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric or school-aged populations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptability and positive attitude within interdisciplinary teams
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment programs for students with communication disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services and track progress toward goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain thorough documentation to ensure compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
- Engage in ongoing professional growth and maintain required licensure and certifications
