Qualifications and Experience
- Must be actively pursuing or currently in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Eligibility for state licensure in speech-language pathology
- Enthusiasm for working with a diverse K-12 student population
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Willingness to be on-site and embrace a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication goals
- Maintain accurate records and detailed documentation
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input for student progress
- Adapt therapy interventions based on student response and feedback
- Receive consistent and structured supervision throughout your CFY experience
