Qualifications & Experience:
- Current enrollment in or completion of a Master’s degree program in Speech-Language Pathology
- Completion of academic requirements for the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Passion for working with children and supporting diverse student needs
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
- Engage actively in supervision and mentorship provided, ensuring clinical growth and meeting CFY requirements
