School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) | Albany, NY | Full-Time
Soliant Education is partnering with a school district in Albany, New York to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. This onsite role provides the opportunity to support elementary students in developing essential communication skills while working within a collaborative and student-focused school environment.
This position is open to both experienced Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) seeking a strong school-based experience and professional support.
Position Details
Location: Albany, NY
School Year: 2026–2027
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 Hours Per Week
Setting: Onsite
Caseload: Elementary School Students
Employment Type: W-2
Pay Rate: $45–$60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Responsibilities
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to determine student needs
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active New York SLP license or eligibility for licensure
Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply
Ability to meet all district and state requirements
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
