Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current pursuit of CCC-SLP
- Minnesota state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong foundation in assessment, intervention, and documentation for pediatric populations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostics, evaluations, and ongoing therapy for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records for student progress, IEP meetings, and compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Utilize evidence-based interventions, curriculum adaptations, and technology tools for therapy
- Offer consultative support to colleagues and parents to promote student achievement
- Participate in professional development and supervision as required for CFY completion
