- Familiarity with IEPs, goal-setting, progress documentation, and therapy planning.
- Ability to adapt to various student needs and learning styles.
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students.
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans and deliver direct therapy services.
- Maintain accurate student records and participate in IEP meetings.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning strategies.
- Provide resources and consultation to teachers and families to enhance communication skills across settings.
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and communicate results to all stakeholders.
