Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Eligibility for CFY and desire to complete your clinical fellowship year
- Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting K-12 students
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary school team
- Open to off-site supervision and regular feedback
- Commitment to delivering assessments and interventions in person
- Willingness to work full-time on campus for the entire term
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy and evaluation to students, under the guidance of a licensed SLP supervisor
- Develop and carry out individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to achieve student goals
- Participate in meetings and professional development as assigned
- Cultivate a positive, supportive environment for students' growth
