Ideal candidates bring one or more of the following:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure in GA
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with school-based assessment and intervention or internships/fieldwork in similar settings
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability for diverse caseloads across K-12th grade
- Dedication to student-centered service while collaborating effectively with educators and families
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering direct and consultative speech and language interventions tailored to students’ IEPs
- Administering and interpreting formal and informal assessments
- Developing and updating individualized treatment plans, as well as IEP documentation
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student progress
- Supporting students across a variety of needs, from articulation and fluency to language and social communication skills
