Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Active state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations within school settings
Role Expectations:
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) targeting speech, language, voice, and communication goals
- Deliver direct and indirect SLP services to students with a variety of communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation to ensure compliance
- Provide input for eligibility and progress meetings; participate in school-based teams
