Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Possession of or eligibility for a valid state SLP license
- Either Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior experience working in pediatric or school-based settings is highly desired
- Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and adaptability skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
- Complete comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individual therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and families to optimize student success
- Take part in IEP meetings, assist with goal-setting, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor and document student progress, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continue learning current best practices
