This is a full-time, 37.5 hour per week assignment working directly with children from kindergarten through high school age, providing both assessment and evidence-based therapy.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
- Experience in school settings is preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services onsite to a diverse K-12 student population
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to foster a supportive learning environment
- Attend meetings and trainings as required
