Speech Language Pathologist in Cathedral City, CA

Openings are available for two full-time SLP positions, each totaling 37.5 hours per week:
Position 1: Focus primarily on a high school caseload, supporting another experienced SLP by taking on overflow students to ensure each individual receives focused attention.
Position 2: Provide skilled services to both high school and middle school students, balancing needs across age groups and broadening your experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred, though strong CFs encouraged to apply
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Organizational abilities to manage reports and caseload efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
