What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license (state requirements must be met for assignment location)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct, evidence-based speech and language therapy to middle school students
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and develop personalized goals
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all educational and legal requirements
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
- Foster communication skills to promote inclusion and academic achievement
