Requirements & Desired Qualifications:
- Valid license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Previous experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads is highly valued
- Ability to conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and provide evidence-based interventions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Flexibility and reliability in managing a varied caseload
- Enthusiasm for supporting students’ success
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student goals
- Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to support classroom learning
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation for assessments, progress, and compliance
- Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative team problem-solving
