Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license; eligibility for, or possession of, ASHA CCCs encouraged
- Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and those with a strong interest in school-based pediatric caseloads
- Previous pediatric or school experience is preferred, but recent graduates ready to build their skills are also welcome
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and a collaborative communication style
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group therapy to support students' communication goals within a school environment
- Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with special education teams, parents, and staff
- Maintain detailed progress notes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Communicate student progress and recommendations effectively to families and school teams
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development opportunities
