Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | New Concord, Ohio

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Previous experience with pediatric populations or in school settings is highly valued
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to student-centered practice
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group speech and language therapy for students
- Conduct ongoing speech-language screenings and comprehensive assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate student records, including progress and data collection
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Attend staff meetings, professional development, and school events as needed
