Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license
- Previous professional experience in a school setting
- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention services for K-12 students with a variety of speech and language disorders
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track measurable progress
- Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and families to support students’ educational goals
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with state and school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Create engaging, evidence-based therapy materials and activities
