Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active or pending state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience across settings including schools, healthcare, pediatrics, and teletherapy is appreciated
- Strongly welcome SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLPA backgrounds
- Previous IEP and school-based work experience is valued, but not required
- Commitment to full-time availability for the entirety of the school year
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee a diverse caseload of middle and high school students, delivering individualized and group therapy sessions
- Develop and implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to students' needs
- Complete case management and evaluation duties, ensuring compliance with IEP processes
- Serve as a collaborative resource, offering guidance to teachers and parents
- Provide services both in-person and via teletherapy, as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered and progress notes
