Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
- State licensure for Minnesota, or eligibility to obtain
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to oversee and collaborate with an SLPA
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver SLP services to middle school students, both directly and through oversight of the SLPA
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with faculty and parents
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and compliance with district standards
- Advocate for student needs and track progress throughout the school year
