Desired Qualifications:
- Holds or is eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Possesses Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and/or is completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school-based setting
- Strong proficiency in assessment, intervention, and IEP development for students with varied communication needs
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services for students in kindergarten through high school
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
- Offer support and resources to classroom teachers and families to promote student growth
- Adapt therapy strategies to meet the diverse needs and ages of assigned students
- Maintain timely, accurate records in compliance with policies and best practices
