Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Rochester, MI

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in providing services to pediatric and school-age populations
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress documentation
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Previous work in a school setting is highly valued, but not required
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct therapy in group and individual formats across K–12 age groups
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain clear and timely documentation of services and student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and ongoing professional development
