Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Mount Clemens, Michigan

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligibility for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Licensure or ability to obtain licensure as required by the state of Michigan
- Previous experience in school settings and/or working with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to K-12 students in line with IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary team evaluations
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student progress
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and school-related events
